Happy to announce that beginning January 2nd, 2017, we will begin our SPICE program.
S: Speed, Strength, Stamina
Spice up your life! This 45 minute workout will be the best part of your day! In each class you will be thoroughly instructed step-by-step by our outgoing and welcoming coaches through a warm-up, review of movements, and fired up for a high intensity cardio and strength work out for all fitness levels.
Each class is designed to focus on core strengthening and improving muscular and cardio endurance using your body weight and minimal equipment. Be ready to take your fitness and life to the next level with our fantastic trainers and community!
Initially, our SPICE schedule will run as follows:
Tuesday: 10:15-11:00AM & 5-5:45PM
Thursday: 10:15-11:00AM & 5-5:45PM
As demand grows, we will maneuver classes to try and accommodate so please notify CCMAF Staff of different time slots you would like to see SPICE.
